Who provides STUPIT
These terms cover STUPIT, a free quiz provided by Marketing, Sports & Safety BV, Oude Baan 12, 2910 Essen, Belgium, enterprise number 0546.730.503. Contact support@stupit.ai. Dated 29 October 2026. App-store terms also apply to distribution; these terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Access and age
The intended audience is 13 and over. You must meet the applicable local requirements for using the service and for any optional feature. Where parental authorisation is legally necessary, a participation checkbox does not replace it. Do not give a false birth date or country. Optional suggestions and ads may be unavailable until eligibility is established. Guest accounts have technical identifiers; registered account credentials must be kept secure.
Free quiz and advertising
Downloading and ordinary quiz participation are free. No in-app purchases, subscriptions, cash prizes or guaranteed rewards are offered in this release. XP records game progress and has no cash value. An advertising release is being prepared; ads are not currently serving. Refusing optional advertising consent must not prevent ordinary play. Advertisers are responsible for their offers; report inappropriate advertising to support. No future paid feature is authorised by these terms.
Fair play and service availability
Do not exploit bugs, automate abusive requests, interfere with timing or security, impersonate another person or infringe others’ rights. An internet connection is needed. We aim for a reliable quiz but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every answer is error-free. We may maintain or change the service and take proportionate action against misuse. Contact support to ask for reasons or review of a restriction. We preserve rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content and corrections
Questions and explanations are for general learning and entertainment, not professional advice. Curators, assisted by AI for non-personal editorial topics, review content before publication. Use “Report a problem” where available or email support@stupit.ai with the question, language and reason. We review factual, safety, privacy and copyright concerns and can correct or withdraw content. We do not promise round-the-clock response or a guaranteed publication schedule.
Optional suggestions
The suggestion feature is currently disabled pending configuration. Where available, submit only material you created or are entitled to use. Do not submit personal, confidential, unlawful, discriminatory or abusive information. A separate privacy consent and agreement to submission terms are required; ordinary play does not require a suggestion. No direct AI answer, publication guarantee, attribution or payment is promised. Original submissions are not sent to editorial AI.
Rights in suggestions
You retain any rights in your lawful contribution. Where you validly agree to the submission terms, you grant STUPIT non-exclusive permission to review, edit, translate and incorporate suitable quiz content worldwide, without a promise of payment or public credit. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unlimited licence over personal data. Publishing these terms does not grant STUPIT retroactive rights in earlier submissions. Any legally required authorisation for a minor remains necessary. You may withdraw processing consent and request deletion of the private and editorial copies. An already published question may remain only if it is independently usable, contains no personal data and STUPIT has valid rights to keep using it. Privacy and intellectual-property complaints remain available.
Privacy, account closure and complaints
The privacy notice explains data processing and current retention implementation. You can use available account export/deletion controls or contact support; removing the app alone does not close an account. Tell us if you cannot access your account or wish to challenge a content decision. We do not require you to waive privacy or consumer rights as a condition of a complaint.
Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer protections. Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. There is no compulsory exclusive Belgian court for all foreign consumers; jurisdiction follows applicable law. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retroactively remove acquired rights.
